Directions: - fry bacon in a skillet until crisp. - drain & remove fat from bacon by gently patting in a clean paper towel. - wipe skillet clean of excess fat. - in a small mixing bowl, mix sugar an rice vinegar (vary proportions to taste). - remove from heat, and let bacon cool on a plate until the sugar mixture congeals into a candy coating. - serve alone, or as part of a Candy-BLT Sandwich.
